Corporations Picking Up Bill for Co-Working | workforce.com
Co-working spaces have been around for a long time, but traditionally they have been the domain of entrepreneurs and freelancers. However, owners of co-working spaces say they are seeing more corporate teleworkers coming in, and in more than a few instances, they are getting their employers to foot the bill.

Orson Welles quotes
“In Italy for thirty years under the Borgias they had warfare, terror, murder and bloodshed but they produced Michelangelo, Leonardo da Vinci and the Renaissance. In Switzerland, they had brotherly love; they had five hundred years of democracy and peace and what did that produce? The cuckoo clock.”

Tara - Thanks. What a great event. Learned a great deal on a wide range of topics. Very cool.
thanks for organizing the event. Lots of fun and hope to get a chance to meet you.
I heard a Widget say at the BarCamp: Don't call me a widget, I am a little application! ;)
Thanks a lot for organizing the event and hope to meet you in person.
What does "intense event" really mean. i'm a noobie. Ü
Kickass start to what is going to be an unforgettable event!
actually, yes! SpaceCamp is something we're considering for Yuri's Night at NASA Ames this year... (hmm, 'camps' with thousands of people? can it scale? how?) Would love your ideas!
hi tara! we met NASA CoLab's participatory exploration summit (i'm work on technology for CoLab). i'm sure you'll be busy this weekend, but hope to run into you! if you need any help on saturday, i'm up for it.
Thanks for organizing this event!
Saw you last time at the Riya SDForum startup SIG presentation at SAP's office.
Boy, that pineapple must be super tasty!
Thanks for doing all the leg work. Looking forward to meeting you in person.
Warm regards.
Thanks for organizing BarCampBlock. It's almost midnight and we're exchanging email, which seems to be pretty standard these days. I'm looking forward to meeting you and everyone else.
thanks for organizing this. I'm new to all this but I'm excited to learn and help out in any way I can
Yes, sweet story. Plus, Seth Godin of Purple Cow fame can go eat his heart out... HorsePigCow beats Purple Cow any day.
horsepigcow...;) You'll have to look up the story. It's sweet but uneventful
What kind of a person has a website called pig horse cow? :) Thanks for putting this all together!
Newbies are awesome! The basic thing to do is to just notice around you what looks like it may need doing: is someone taking notes during a session and posting it to the wiki? Do you see a group that needs help setting up an area? Just remember it's for, by and about us! :)
thanks for organizing all of this. i am not sure how i can help. just looking around at the wiki and this place to see what I can do. A bit disorienting, since am a newbie.
Sounds like a cool little setup. Thanks!
Thanks for organizing the event Tara! I'm here to help :D
thanks for the invite. i feel your angst about trying to organize something between the ivory towers of social networks... not sure how Crowdvine fits into the picture but i'll trust you on this one... at least it's simple to use. :)
